O2 Home - Up to 20% discount on selected mobile contracts - Terms & Conditions (“Offer Terms”)
Get 20% off monthly airtime tariffs when you sign up to a new O2 Refresh 24 month contract, or 10% off when you sign up to a new O2 12-Month SIM Only or 10% off when you sign up to a new 30-day mobile broadband SIM Only contract (“Offer Discount”), if you purchase an O2 Home Pack at the same time and redeem your code within 28 days of purchasing an O2 Home pack.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Offer.
- Eligibility: The Offer Discount is only available to participants who sign up to a new mobile contract (24 month O2 Refresh, 12 month SIM only or 30 day mobile broadband SIM) when buying an O2 Home Pack at the same time and within the Offer Period and redeem their code within 28 days of such purchase (“Eligible Customers”). The O2 mobile contract must be registered to the same address and account holder as the O2 Home contract. Business and Pay As You Go customers are not eligible.
- In relation to the Refresh Tariff the Offer Discount is valid for a maximum of 24 months from redemption and is applicable to the airtime element only, not the device. On the SIM only tariffs, the Offer Discount is valid for a maximum of 30 days or 12 months, as applicable.
- Offer Period: This promotion is available until it is withdrawn by O2 in accordance with paragraph 11 of these terms and conditions.
- How to participate: Customers will be asked to text HOME to 2020 followed by their O2 Home order number and mobile number. Application texts must be received within 28 days of purchase of a 02 Home package.
- Incomplete applications or applications that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.
- The Offer Discount will be applied within 14 working days after all requested information has been supplied and verified. The Offer Discount will be reflected on the Participant’s monthly bill/s from the point of verification. The Offer Discount will not apply retrospectively.
- Disqualifying Events: A participant will cease to qualify for this Offer if:
a. They do not comply with the terms of their Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement/s or Device Plan Terms and Conditions (if applicable);and/ or
b. they terminate their O2 Home contract for any reason; and/or
c. they disconnect their O2 Home Package and reconnect (for whatever reason) at a later date; and/or
d. they are no longer an Eligible Customer as defined in these Offer Terms; and/or
e. we have reason to believe that the Offer has been obtained either:
i.by mistake or
ii.by providing incorrect information on the Offer application or
iii.by fraud. Where the Offer has been obtained fraudulently O2 may reclaim the value of any benefits obtained by the O2 account holder or perpetrator of such fraud. - Non-transferable: This Offer cannot be used to pay for or off-set any other fees, charges or costs nor any other O2 account balances. The Offer cannot be transferred. There are no cash alternatives.
- Returns and refunds: Our Returns and Repairs policy applies and is hereby incorporated into these terms.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase.
- Amending or withdrawing the Offer: O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time on reasonable notice. Amendments will notified to customers by posting on the website o2.co.uk.
- Your information is treated in accordance with O2’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/privacypolicy.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- The Offer Terms are governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
