Pay As You Go Big Bundles Terms and Conditions (from 2 Jun 2016 to 17 Jul 16)
- Big Bundles are available to O2 Pay As You Go customers in the UK.
- Big Bundles give inclusive UK monthly allowances of either:
- £10 Big Bundle - 250 minutes, 1000 texts and 500MB of data including 4G access for £10 payment each month; or £10 Big Bundle (Online Only) - 100 minutes, 100 texts and 1GB of data including 4G access for £10 payment each month – this tariff is only available for purchase online at o2.co.uk; or£15 Big Bundle - 750 minutes, 2000 texts and 2GB of data including 4G access for £15 payment each month; or
- £20 Big Bundle - 1500 minutes, 4000 texts and 3GB of data including 4G access for £20 payment each month; or
- £25 Big Bundle - 3000 minutes, 4000 texts and 5GB of data including 4G access for £25 payment each month; or
- £30 Big Bundle - 3000 minutes, 4000 texts and 6GB of data including 4G access for £30 payment each month.
- To switch to Big Bundles, you can visit o2.co.uk/myo2 or call 2202 which is free from your O2 mobile and select a Big Bundle to transfer to. If you're switching to Big Bundles from another tariff, you won't receive your new inclusive monthly Big Bundle allowance until your next tariff monthly renewal date.
- When we deduct the first month's payment for your Big Bundle from your balance, you will receive your inclusive monthly allowances which will be valid up until midnight of the day before your monthly renewal date, which will be one calendar month later.
- On your monthly renewal date, we will attempt to deduct payment from your balance, and if successful, you will receive your new inclusive monthly allowances. If you don't have enough balance, then you will not receive a new set of inclusive monthly allowances. You will need to top up a sufficient amount so that we can deduct payment and provide you with another month's allowance. When this happens, you will receive new inclusive monthly allowances and these will be valid up until midnight of the day before your new monthly renewal date which will be one calendar month later.
- By switching to the Big Bundles, you're agreeing to replace your current tariff. Any unused allowances or previous tariffs and rates will be lost and won't rollover to your new tariff. You can only have one tariff active at any time.
- If you don't have enough balance for us to deduct payment for the Big Bundle that you've selected, you'll be charged at standard tariff rates.
- Standard tariff rates for Big Bundles can be found at o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/pay-as-you-go-big-bundle-tariff-charges.
- If you've got a BlackBerry device, you'll need to buy a Bolt On to use your BlackBerry services; you can view all Bolt On options at o2.co.uk/myo2
- You must not use your SIM card in or connected to any other device, or in a way that adversely impacts the service to other O2 customers. If we reasonably believe your use doesn't comply with this, we reserve the right to:
- impose further charges
- disconnect your SIM or tariff at any time, having tried to contact you before doing this;
- remove inclusive monthly allowances from your account; and
- impose network protection controls to protect our network from types of data usage which we think might impact on service at specific times of day and/or locations; this may reduce your speed.
- Your information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy
- O2 reserves the right to remove, vary or amend any element of these Terms. If any of the changes mean you're worse off, we'll let you know by text. These changes will start straightaway.
- You can view your remaining tariff allowances by visiting o2.co.uk/myo2 or alternatively you can send BALANCE to 20202 or by calling 4444 which is free from your O2 mobile.
- These Terms apply in addition to your standard O2 Pay As You Go service Terms and Conditions. You can see these at o2.co.uk/terms.
