FAQs

Yes, we can. Whether you've bought a refurbished phone from us or you're upgrading - just bring in your old phone and your new one, and our team at O2 Fort Kinnaird will help you move everything over. We'll get you set up and feeling right at home with your new device.

There is. Our shop is at the Fort Kinnaird Retail Park which has free on-site parking, so getting to us is easy and you won't have to mind the meter.

Absolutely. Our in-shop team can help with everything from upgrading, tariff options, to setting up MyO2. Come by anytime for a chat about managing your O2 account, or call our shop on 0131 603 8034.

Yes it is. As part of Virgin Media O2, we can help you choose a broadband, TV or phone package that fits your home. We’ll check what’s available for your postcode and, if you're an O2 customer too, help you get the most out of Volt benefits.

We should be able to process your return in shop for any new device. For refurbished phones, the returns process can work a little differently. It’s worth giving us a quick call before you head in - you can reach us on 0131 603 8034. Or we can help you sort your return online here, whichever works best for you.

Not directly, but we’ve got you covered. Our team can show you how to pay your bill through the MyO2 app, or online - right here in shop. It’s quick, secure and easy.
