FAQs

Yes, we can. Pop into O2 The Gyle with both your old and new phones, and we’ll help you move over your photos, contacts, and important bits over. So you leave with your new device set up just the way you like it.

You can. The Gyle Shopping Centre has plenty of parking for shoppers free for up to 4 hours, making it easy to drop by whether you're upgrading, asking questions or just having a browse. There’s accessible parking at each of the three main entrances for wheelchair users and Parent & Child spaces.

Definitely. Whether you’ve got a billing question, need to change your tariff, or want to learn more about MyO2, our in-shop team is on hand to make it all simple and stress-free.

Yes. As part of the Virgin Media O2 family, we’ll help you explore TV, broadband and phone deals available in your area. Already an O2 customer? You might be eligible for Volt perks like faster speeds or double mobile data - just ask us in shop.

We should be able to process your return in shop for any new device. For refurbished phones, the returns process can work a little differently. It’s worth giving us a quick call before you head in - you can reach us on 0131 339 0845. Or we can help you sort your return online here, whichever works best for you.

Not in shop, but don’t worry. Our team can show you how to pay your bill using the MyO2 app or online. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to manage it all from home too.
