Yes - free parking is available at Cameron Toll Shopping Centre where we're located, including disabled bays and Parent & Child spaces at both the North and South car parks. Whether you're staying for a quick visit or a longer browse, parking's sorted.

Absolutely. Whether you’ve got questions about your plan, bill, or MyO2 account, our in-shop team at O2 Cameron Toll are here to help. No tech jargon - just clear, friendly support.

Yes. You can check Virgin Media availability at your home right in shop. If you're already with O2 and Virgin Media, ask us about Volt - you could unlock double mobile data and faster broadband, on us.

We should be able to help if it's a new device, however our refurbished products may have different terms - it's best to give us a call ahead of your visit to make sure we can process your return in-shop. Reach us on 0131 666 9030. Otherwise you can find out how to return your online order here.

No, we don’t take bill payments in shop - but don’t worry, our team can show you how to pay your bill using the MyO2 app or online. We’ll make sure you’re set up and confident doing it from home.
