FAQs

Absolutely. Bring your old and new phones into O2 St James and our in-shop team will help you transfer your photos, contacts and files safely. We’ll make sure you leave with everything exactly where you want it.

Just a short walk from our shop, on-site parking is available at St James Centre Car Park (standard charges apply) - making your visit as smooth as possible.

Of course. Whether you need help with your bill, want to update your plan or need a hand navigating the MyO2 app, our advisors are here to help. Just pop into the St James shop and we’ll sort it with you.

Yes. Our St James team can help you explore all of the Virgin Media services on offer, from broadband deals to TV and phone packages - we can help you find the right plan to match your home. We’ll even check availability at your postcode and let you know if you’re eligible for exclusive Volt benefits.

If it's a new device, we should be able to help in shop. For refurbished products, the returns process can be a little different, so it’s a good idea to give us a quick call before popping in. Reach us on 0131 589 2308.

Not directly in-shop. But don’t worry, we’ll show you how to pay it through MyO2, or online, while you’re here. It’s quick, easy, and once you’re set up, you can manage everything from wherever you are.
