How do I buy O2 Mobile Insurance?

If you are a Pay & Go Customer – you can only purchase O2 Mobile Insurance in an O2 store. Valid proof of purchase required. Click here to find your nearest store.

What you need to know

  • Once you buy or upgrade to a new mobile, you've got 28 days to get O2 insurance
  • You have to be with O2 and over 18 to get one of our insurance policies
