Pay Monthly 8GB Data Bolt On Terms and Conditions
 

8GB Data Bolt On for Selected Customers
 

  1. This Bolt On is an Optional Add-on Service as defined in our standard terms and conditions for O2 Pay Monthly Mobile services (the “Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement”) available here. The Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement shall also apply to the 8GB Data Bolt On. In addition to the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, these Terms will form part of your O2 customer contract once an eligible order for the 8GB Data Bolt On has been accepted by us.This Bolt On is only available to new and upgrading On & On and O2 Refresh customers connecting to a service through direct O2 sales channels.
  2. This offer is only available on a £47 a month On & On tariff and on a £47 a month O2 Refresh tariff including a £22 a month airtime plan and a £25 a month handset plan (please note that if you chose to pay off some of your handset plan early on this O2 Refresh tariff you will still be eligible for this Data Bolt On).
  3. Under this offer, you can pay an additional £5 a month and receive an 8GB a month data allowance (instead of the normal 4GB a month allowance for these tariffs).
  4. This 8GB data allowance is valid on the day of purchase and for 30 calendar days from the day after purchase.
  5. This offer is subject to status, credit checks and payment by direct debit. It is also subject to availability.
  6. Any unused data allowance will expire after 30 days and will not roll over into the following month.
  7. Your standard terms and conditions of service (including your tariff terms and your airtime agreement) will continue to apply when using the Bolt On.
  8. The Bolt On is for your personal non-commercial use. If, in our reasonable opinion, you're using it for commercial purposes or contrary to your terms of service, we reserve the right to charge you or restrict your use.
  9. The service is variable in nature and, subject to paragraph 8 of the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, O2 reserves the right to remove, vary or amend these terms and/or any element of this Bolt On at any time, including but not limited to the substitution of a suitable alternative. If we withdraw the service whilst you have a Bolt On that is unexpired, then your Bolt On will continue until it has expired, but you will not be able to purchase a new Bolt On. O2 does not guarantee that the Bolt On will always be made available and reserves the right to end the Bolt On at any time.
  10. Please refer to the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement for more details on our rights to vary and (if applicable) your rights to cancel.
  11. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Bolt On, if you are, in our reasonable opinion, in breach of your terms of service.
  12. Unless terminated earlier, the promotional Bolt On will last until you terminate your agreement or take out a new agreement whichever is the soonest.
  13. You can cancel this Bolt On at any time by providing us with 30 days' notice. Where you cancel this Bolt On, your underlying pay monthly mobile service remains unaffected and shall continue as normal.
