My Samsung Galaxy Watch7 doesn't register my activity

If your smartwatch doesn't register your activity while you're using it, there may be several causes of the problem.

Adjust the watch strap so that your smartwatch is neither too loose nor too tight on your wrist.

Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch restarts.
