I have problems making WiFi calls on my OPPO Find X5 Pro 5G
If you can't use WiFi Calling, there may be several causes of the problem.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Mobile network.
- Press the required SIM.
- Press Wi-Fi Calling.
- Press the indicator next to 'Wi-Fi Calling' to turn the function on or off.
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press About device.
- Press the first field. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the phone software.
