I have problems making WiFi calls on my Motorola Moto G50
If you can't use WiFi Calling, there may be several causes of the problem.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Network & Internet.
- Press Mobile network.
- Press Advanced.
- Press Wi-Fi calling.
- Press the indicator to turn the function on or off.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press System.
- Press Advanced.
- Press System updates. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the phone software.
