I have problems using the internet connection on my Google Pixel 10
If you can't use your phone's internet connection, there may be several causes of the problem.
1. Find 'Access point names'
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Network and Internet.
- Press SIMs.
- Press the name of the SIM.
- Press Access point names.
- Press the add icon.
- Press Name and key in O2 UK Internet.
- Press APN and key in mobile.o2.co.uk.
- Press Username and key in o2.
- Press Password and key in p.
- Press the drop down list next to 'APN type'.
- Press default.
- Press arrow up.
- Press the drop down list next to 'Authentication type'.
- Press PAP.
- Press Save.
- Press the field next to the data connection to activate it.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
1. Turn mobile data on or off
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the network icon.
- Press the indicator next to the mobile data icon to turn the function on or off.
- Press Done.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Network and Internet.
- Press SIMs.
- Press the name of the SIM.
- Press the indicator next to 'Roaming' to turn the function on or off.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
