Unblock your phone

Entering the wrong PIN too many times can block your SIM. To unblock it you’ll need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code. Sign in to My O2, go to ‘Manage SIM’ and select ‘IMEI’ and ‘PUK’ to view your code.
