O2 | Help & Support | Pay Monthly | Calling abroad from the UK
Calling or texting any country (even within our Europe Zone) from the UK, is classed as an international call or text, and will be charged at calling abroad standard rates.
You can make calls to international mobiles and landlines from just 1p per minute with our International Bolt On. Get it for just £3 a month.
If you have a Spend Cap, the price of this Bolt On will not be included within your Spend Cap.
We’re giving our International Bolt On a bit of a refresh and will be moving all customers gradually over to this new experience. If you’ve been moved to this new experience, your International Bolt On will be valid for 24 hours from the first time you use it.
Worried about overspending while overseas? You’ll now need to select ‘Use my allowance’ to prevent you from using anything outside of your monthly allowance, unless you buy our International Bolt On.
Without an International Bolt On, you’ll be unable to use data while roaming outside of our Europe Zone.
If you're not sure about any techy terms, check out our jargon buster.
