Supplementary services | O2
We recently got in touch with you to let you know that the way you use supplementary services, such as Call Divert, is changing. You may previously have turned these services on and off using the settings menu on your phone. You now need to use My O2 (either the My O2 app or online) instead.
If you want to start or stop using Call Waiting, Withholding or displaying Caller Identity, please call us on 202 (free from your O2 phone), or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone (standard UK rates apply). Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
- Dial 1750 to set up voicemail
- Dial 1710 to set up Call Alert, if you don’t have voicemail you’ll receive text alerts with details of your missed calls
- Dial 141 to withhold your number (each time you make an outbound call). You can use this short code as and when you need it, rather than having it permanently on or off
