We’re processing your request.
If all the details are correct, we’ll switch your number within one working day (Monday– Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding Bank Holidays). You’ll switch within two working days if we receive your request after 5pm. If you make a request at the weekend, you’ll switch on the following Tuesday.
If there’s a problem with your request, we’ll contact you by SMS.
