With My O2, you can manage your account online.

If you're a Pay Monthly customer, you'll be automatically registered.
If you're a Pay As You Go customer, you'll need to register using:

  • your O2 mobile number
  • an email address
  • a secure password.

Once you've registered, if you’re a Pay Monthly customer, you'll be able to:

  • see your tariff and bills
  • check your allowances
  • change your tariff or Bolt Ons
  • make payments
  • update your contact details
  • view your device details

If you’re a Pay As You Go customer, you can:

  • view your balance
  • check your renewal date
  • add Bolt Ons
  • claim O2 Rewards
  • update your contact details
