Changing address FAQs

How do I change address in My O2? For customers on our current system

To change your address, sign in to My O2 from a computer, laptop or tablet and follow these steps:

  • choose the mobile number you want to change the address for
  • select Bills at the top of the My Device page
  • scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Change my billing address
  • we'll send a code to your device
  • enter the code and fill in the form to change your address.

You can't change your address within 30 days of setting up a new account.

If your device doesn't have a sim, you've not received it or your device has been lost or stolen, you'll need to visit an O2 store. Make sure you bring a passport or driving license with you.


How do I change address in My O2? For customers on our new system

We’re giving the My O2 website a bit of a refresh. But don’t worry, we’re only making some small changes.

 

Once you’ve signed in to the My O2 website, click on ‘Manage my details’ – we’ll send you a one-time activation code so you can view and edit your details.

 

If you’ve chosen a third party to manage your bills, you’ll now also see their details in the address section.

 

And if you’ve been with us for more than 90 days, you can enter an alternative delivery address when it’s time for your sim swap. Just make sure you sign in to My O2 first.
