Unlimited data plans and Business plans aren’t included
If you’re eligible, there’s no need to do anything – we’ll automatically add the 10GB to your account
We’ll apply the extra data to your allowance during December
Once it’s been added, you’ll be able to see it in your data allowance on My O2
The 10GB gift is a one-off boost and lasts until the end of your December billing cycle
The extra data won’t roll over to the next month, so make sure you use it before it’s gone
The gift is for UK use only – it can’t be used while roaming in the EU
Unlimited plans already include all the data you need.
You can only use the gift in the UK. Your regular allowances are still available in the EU, subject to fair usage rules.
If you’ve had a confirmation text but can’t see the boost, restart your phone. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll sort it.
If you joined O2 before 30 November, you'll get your data gift in your December data allowance. If you join us between 1 and 31 December, you'll get to tuck into your free data in January.
