If you make lots of Voice or Video Premium Rate calls, it's a good idea to check our website regularly for the latest prices. This is because Premium Rate numbers tend to be operated by third parties - and they can't all notify you separately as and when they change.

You'll find all our prices for Premium Rate numbers operated by third parties in the link at the bottom of the page. We'll keep the site regularly updated with any changes, so you know what's what.

Premium Rate and Customer Services numbers that we operate are not affected by price changes. However, if on occasion we do need to adjust them, we'll let you know in the usual way, in accordance with your terms & conditions.

Barring and unbarring access to Premium Rate Services

If you are unable to call a Premium Rate number either direct or via a 5 digit short-code, it may be because your account has been set up with barring access to 09 numbers. Premium Rate call barring is a service that bars Premium Rate calls that are made from your mobile phone and is in place when you originally purchase your contract with O2. The bar can be removed on your request but only after three months of clear billing history.
