Important Information

  • O2 Insure policies must be purchased within 28 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new phone or laptop from O2
  • O2 Insure policies are only available to O2 customers over the age of 18
  • In certain cases of approved claims for theft, O2 will cover the cost of unauthorised calls up to a total of £3000 for O2 Insure Premier and £1000 for O2 Insure Standard. Check the current version of the O2 Pay Monthly Services Agreement for details.

Purchasing O2 Insure:

Buying O2 Insure is easy, as long as you do it within 28 days of buying an O2 mobile or laptop (inclusive of free upgrades).

Pay Monthly Customers - simply select the cover you need from the table above and ask in-store or call O2 Customer Services.

Pay & Go Customers – you can only purchase O2 Insure for Pay & Go mobile phones in an O2 store. Valid proof of purchase required. Click here to find your nearest store.

Bluebook

If you're an O2 mobile customer, why not ensure your memories are protected too. With Bluebook all your contacts, photos and messages can be backed up online making sure you never lose them, even if your mobile is lost or damaged.

Claim form

If you've already lodged an insurance claim and need to fill out a claim form, you can download one here.

Once you've downloaded your claim form, you'll need to print it out, fill it in and then either fax or post it back to O2 Insure. Details are located at the top of the claim form.

(Please note that claim forms without claim reference numbers cannot be processed. So don't forget yours.)

If you'd rather talk to someone, you can also lodge an insurance claim by calling the Customer Services number on your last O2 bill.
