Your number is precious. It’s the number everybody knows. So bring it with you when you move to O2.

1. Get hold of an O2 Pay & Go SIM. If you don’t already have one, you can choose from our selection of Pay & Go SIMs.  
2. Call your original network to request your PAC code. Once your PAC (porting authorisation code) has been issued, it will be valid for 30 days so you won’t be out of touch with your friends and family until the day your number is transferred to O2.
3. Got your PAC code? Great. Call O2 customer services on 08705 678678 and ask to transfer your number. The transfer will take up to two working days (48 hours). Alternatively, you can fill in our online form and we’ll get someone to contact you when the transfer is complete.
