If you have an existing policy and are yet to travel, your policy is still valid. You don't need to do anything, and our contact details are below if you need us.
If you have an Annual Policy, it's still valid until the expiry date shown on your confirmation e-mail.
Simply keep us updated on any medical conditions that you have developed since taking out the policy, or for changes to any existing medical conditions that you declared previously, by calling us on 0845 618 0353. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.
It's important that you do this as it may impact on any claims you make.
