What you need to know

  • We cover Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy and Sony Xperia tablets
  • The £15 policy covers you against loss. The £10 one doesn't
  • You've got to be 18 or over to get insured by us. And live in the UK
  • Your tablet needs to be less than 90 days old and fully working when you buy your cover
  • We don't cover second-hand tablets
  • You'll pay for your cover by monthly Direct Debits
  • If you make a claim, we'll need to see documents that confirm when you bought your tablet and show its serial number

How long will it take?

Not long at all. Once we've accepted your claim you should get a replacement tablet and sim the next working day.
