Full Cover

Dropping your tablet. Leaving it on the train. Finding it missing from your bag. If you want to cover your tablet against theft, loss and accidental damage, and you don’t have suitable cover under another policy, our Full Cover policy is for you.

What does it cost?

Your monthly premium and the excess you’ll need to pay if your claim is successful depend on the cost to replace your device.

Damage Cover

Spilling your drink on your tablet. Or smashing your screen on the floor. Our Damage Cover policy is for life’s little accidents. If you want to cover your tablet against accidental damage, and you don’t have suitable cover under another policy, this is the policy for you.

What does it cost?

Important information

*Next-day exchange or replacement applies to valid claims submitted before 7pm on a weekday. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. Not available in Northern Ireland or selected postcodes in Scotland, Highlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.

For full details of what you are covered for and any exclusions that may apply please read the terms and conditions of your O2 insure policy. Replacement devices may be from refurbished stock that has been tested and is fully functional.  You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents and will not be charged provided you have not made a claim. How do I purchase O2 tablet insurance?

What you need to know
  • We cover mobile phones and connected devices sold by O2.
  • O2 insure is only available to customers who are UK resident and over 18.

How do I cancel O2 tablet insurance?

Unless the policy is free, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving your policy documents. You won’t be charged, as long as you haven’t made a claim. After this period, you can cancel the policy, giving 30 days’ notice. You may have to pay a premium for the time you were covered by the insurance. Please refer to the full terms, conditions and exclusions of your O2 Insure policy.


How do I submit an insurance claim with O2?

Call O2 customer services on 202 free from your O2 tablet, or 03448090202 (UK Standard Rate). You may be asked to fill out a claim form.
