Voucher Code Terms and Conditions
Voucher code can be redeemed against the Upfront Cost of an Eligible Phone from o2.co.uk or through our voice channel. All other sales channels are excluded. The amount of the Voucher code will be as specified in your email or SMS (the “Discount”).
“Eligible Phone” is a phone taken with a Device Plan on O2 Refresh by an existing O2 pay monthly customer.
The Voucher code is valid until the Expiry Date set out in your email or SMS after which it will expire. Invalid or expired voucher codes will not be accepted.
Voucher code can only be used once, in a single transaction through our Online or Voice channels. One voucher code per transaction.
Voucher code must be presented at the point of purchase. Enter the Voucher code in the “Got a Promo?” section or click “Apply Code” before you check out or call 202 to speak to an advisor to redeem the discount.
Voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the Upfront Cost is less than the Discount offered to you.
If you return your device and if a refund is due on that return, the refund will not include the amount you redeemed using the Voucher code.
O2 Refresh: Pay the cash price for your device or spread the cost over 3 to 36 months. The cost of your device will be the same however long you choose. A minimum upfront cost may apply. You need a monthly rolling Airtime Plan for the length of your Device Plan. Pay off your Device Plan at any time without charge. You can then keep on your Airtime Plan, upgrade, or leave. 0% APR.
