Pay As You Go Snack 100 Texts Bolt On Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are effective from 3 August 2017.

  1. The Snack 100 Texts Bolt On is available to all Telefónica UK Limited (“O2”) Pay As You Go customers.
  2. The Snack 100 Texts Bolt On gives you 100 texts from the UK to the UK and from our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) to our Europe Zone for £3 payment (subject to having sufficient credit).
  3. You can purchase the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On by sending SNACKTEXT100 to 21300 or by calling 2202 for free from your O2 mobile.
  4. The allowance you receive from the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On will expire at 23:59 31 days after the day on which you purchase the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On.
  5. You can purchase multiple Snack 100 Texts Bolt Ons. Each time you purchase an additional Snack 100 Texts Bolt On, an additional 100 texts will be added to any remaining allowance from your previous purchase(s) of the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On and the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On will expire 31 days after the day on which you last purchased the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On. Provided you have sufficient credit, you will be charged £3 each time the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On is successfully applied. If you do not have sufficient credit, you will not be able to purchase the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On.
  6. Your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance can be used for texts sent in the UK to 07 numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage. This currently includes the major mobile operators O2, Everything Everywhere, Vodafone and Three, and other virtual mobile providers such as Virgin Mobile and Tesco Mobile. Your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance can also be used for texts sent in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) to numbers allocated to mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage in our Europe Zone.
  7. Your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance cannot be used for:
    1. Texts sent to 08, 05 and 07 service numbers. Charges for texts to these numbers can be viewed at o2.co.uk/servicenumbers
    2. Texts sent to premium rate numbers. Charges for texts to these numbers can be viewed at o2.co.uk/premium
    3. Any texts sent whilst outside our Europe Zone, including whilst in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, will be charged at standard roaming rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/abroad
    4. Any texts sent from the UK to an international destination, including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man mobiles will be charged at standard international rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/international
    5. Any texts sent from our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) to any destination outside of our Europe Zone will be charged at standard roaming rates, which can be viewed at o2.co.uk/abroad
    6. Any chargeable messages you receive.
    7. Picture messages or video messages which are not included in your inclusive texts allowance and are charged at your standard tariff rate.
  8. O2 may exclude from your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance any texts sent to any number ranges which O2 reasonably believes are being used for fraudulent purposes or for call forwarding services, onward calling services or numbers that pay a revenue share.
  9. If you have a tariff which includes a Europe Zone text allowance, your tariff allowance will be used first followed by your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance.
  10. If you have a monthly recurring text Bolt On, your Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance will be used first followed by your monthly recurring text Bolt On allowance.
  11. You can view your remaining Snack 100 Texts Bolt On allowance by visiting o2.co.uk/myo2 or alternatively you can send BALANCE to 20202 or by calling 4444 for free from your O2 mobile.
  12. O2 reserves the right to remove, vary or amend any element of these terms and conditions and / or the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On upon reasonable notice. If we amend or withdraw these terms and conditions and / or the Snack 100 Texts Bolt On to your material disadvantage we will notify you. Notice will be provided by text message. Changes will be effective immediately upon our having notified you.
