- Will I be able to make any new referrals?
No, the referral scheme closed on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
If you’ve shared referral links with your friends they won’t be able to use them after 30 June 2020.
- What is a qualifying purchase?
A “qualifying purchase” is the purchase of a new or Like New phone, tablet or mobile broadband device, on O2 Refresh using the referral link only, excluding cash-only device purchases.
Purchases made in store or via third party sellers such as Carphone Warehouse don’t qualify. Purchases that are returned during the Change of Mind period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears don’t qualify. Anyone suspected of fraud will also be disqualified.
- I’ve recently made a referral, will I still get my Amazon vouchers?
We’ll follow up all referrals made on or before 30 June 2020. It might take up to three months to receive the Amazon e-vouchers, if you meet our qualifying criteria. If it’s been less than three months since your referral, it may still be going through the qualifying process. Only eligible purchases will qualify. A unique voucher code must have been used to complete a purchase online or on the phone. All other sales channels will be excluded and won’t qualify. - When will I get my Amazon vouchers if I’ve qualified?
If your friend made a qualifying purchase, you’ll both receive a £25 Amazon e-voucher within three months, subject to terms and conditions. Amazon e-vouchers will be delivered by email to the email addresses used to register.
- How can I check if I’ve qualified for Amazon vouchers?
All referrals made through the Tell a Friend scheme are checked against qualifying criteria. If your friend has made a qualifying purchase, you’ll both receive £25 Amazon e-vouchers at the email addresses used to register.
