Staying in touch with friends and family is simple with the Doro 8050. With a Scandinavian style and design, the 5.45” display and dedicated home button make it easy to navigation between applications. Sound is loud and clear and is hearing aid compatible. And the phone has a long battery life, so you won’t need to worry about charging when you’re out and about.
Get to know your new phone
As soon as you turn on the Doro 8050, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step guide to help you understand your new phone. Depending on your experience, you’ll go through everything from how to set the font size, to how to add your wifi network. And whenever you need guidance on how to do something on the device, you can click the dedicated ‘help’ button in the menu.
Contact friends and family for assistance
Using the Response by Doro app, your assistance button will help you contact you friends and family quickly should you need help. Select who you’d like to contact during an emergency. Then when you push the button, they will be notified of the alarm and your location. And one of them can speak to you directly via speakerphone, without you having to do anything or hold the phone to your ear. Use your phone with ease
Making calls, replying to messages and browsing emails are all easy to do on the Doro 8050. Eva, Doro’s intuitive interface, will give you clear choices that make it easy to do what you want to. On your home screen, Eva will organise your most used functions, like calling, viewing messages or browsing the internet. When you receive a message, all you need to do is select ‘View’, and you’ll be taken directly there.
