Bring on big benefits and even bigger possibilities, when you’re with both Virgin Media and O2​.

When you’ve got Virgin Media broadband and an eligible O2 Pay Monthly plan in your household, you have the power to do even more. Scroll, stream and meme to the extreme at home and on the go, with boosted broadband speeds (up to 1Gbps), a WiFi guarantee, double the mobile data on every eligible O2 plan in your household, and more.

You bag big benefits and even bigger possibilities, when you’re with both Virgin Media and O2.

Scroll, stream and meme to the extreme on even more devices all around the home – with boosted Virgin Media broadband speeds (up to 1Gbps) and, if you haven’t got it already, our WiFi guarantee including up to three WiFi Pods if needed, on us.

Plus, we’ll double the mobile data on all eligible O2 plans in your household and give you O2 Travel Inclusive Zone at no extra cost* (if you haven’t unlocked it already), so the fun doesn’t stop when you’re on the go and jetting across the globe. If you’re joining O2 for the first time, we’ll also throw in an Extra from O2 for up to six months.

And don’t forget – when you’re with Virgin Media or O2, you unlock exclusive rewards and experiences with Priority from O2, just for being part of the family.

If you’re eligible for Volt benefits but are already on the fastest broadband speeds in your area, we’ll automatically upgrade your broadband speed as soon as a faster tier is available (up to a max of 1Gbps).

Anyone can take out one of our Volt bundles to grab Volt benefits.

If you’re already with O2, you’ll get Volt benefits once you also take out an eligible Virgin Media broadband pack or bundle. And the same goes the other way – if you already have Virgin Media broadband but aren’t with O2, you can take out an eligible O2 Pay Monthly phone, tablet or SIM to get Volt benefits.

Or, if there’s already at least one person in your household with an eligible O2 plan and you have Virgin Media broadband registered at the same address, you can get Volt benefits.

Once you’re with both Virgin Media and O2, you can check your eligibility and activate your Volt benefits in My O2 or My Virgin Media.

All you have to do is take out an eligible O2 Pay Monthly phone, tablet or SIM and we’ll give you a broadband speed boost (up to 1Gbps), our WiFi guarantee (if you don’t have it already) including up to three WiFi Pods if needed, double mobile data on all eligible O2 plans in your household and more. If you already have an eligible O2 plan, you’ll get Volt benefits once you take out Virgin Media broadband and register it at the same address as your O2 plan. Then you’ll bag big benefits like double mobile data on all eligible O2 plans in your household, roaming in 75 destinations with O2 Travel Inclusive Zone* (if it’s not included in your plan already) and lightning-fast, reliable broadband in every room or money back. If you’re already with us both, you can check your eligibility and activate Volt benefits in My Virgin Media or My O2.

If the address on your Virgin Media broadband account matches the address on your O2 mobile account, your Volt benefits will be added automatically within 14 days. This will happen unless you were already a customer of both before 18 October 2021. In this case, you’ll need to go into My O2 or My Virgin Media to activate your benefits. If they don’t match, you can edit your address in My O2 and My Virgin Media.

When you do this on your O2 account, your Volt benefits will drop off temporarily – but don’t worry, they’ll be re-applied within 14 days.

If you leave O2, you’ll lose your double mobile data but you’ll get to keep your boosted Virgin Media broadband speeds. Likewise, if you leave Virgin Media, everyone in the household on an eligible O2 plan will get to keep their double mobile data.
