What is O2 Priority?
The O2 family means a lot to us – and we want to thank you for being part of it. That’s why we created our rewards app, Priority.
Enjoy exclusive rewards, unique experiences, daily treats, prize draws and perks, as well as Priority tickets for thousands of gigs and events across the UK. All at no extra cost.
Priority is a free service (although you'll be using your data allowance when using the service) and it's exclusive to O2 mobile and Virgin Media broadband customers.
You can use Priority on any device – all you need is a data connection.
The first time you use Priority, it will automatically work out what sort of phone you have and tell you the best way to access the service (using a downloadable app or the internet on your phone or tablet).
How does O2 Priority work?
Download the app or head over to the Priority website to browse everything that's on offer right now. Simply choose your offers and follow the steps to get access.
Manage my O2 Priority account
Sign in to your Priority account to find all of your offers and tickets or update your details. If you've changed your mobile number, or lost your phone, you'll have to register for Priority again.

Fix your map location
If your map thinks you're somewhere that you're not, the GPS might not be turned on. Check your device settings then give it a minute or two after you've made any changes – it should jump to your current location.
If you're inside a building, the phone might have a problem finding your exact location. It's the same if you're on the move – the phone can take a while to catch up depending on the speed you're travelling.
Update your Priority settings
Priority serves up offers that are nearby, so knowing your location is important. Go into the settings page and toggle the switch for Location to On. The phone will then automatically detect where you are and list all the offers nearby.
Contact the merchant for rewards and offers
If you have any problems with a reward, or you find a reward code doesn't work at the store or venue, tell the merchant or partner first, you'll find the details in the voucher small print.

You can sign in to O2 Priority online using your O2 or Virgin Media details. If your details aren't working, click forgot your password and follow the steps to get back into your account.
O2 Priority tickets are sold at the same price as non-Priority, so there's no extra cost for getting your tickets early. Grab your tickets on Priority for early access to ticket presales, typically 48 hours before general sale, just for being part of the O2 family.

Yes. Priority is an exclusive benefit for all O2 and Virgin Media customers, including Pay As You Go SIM plans.
The quickest way to get help is to contact the merchant or partner first to let them know your Reward code isn't working. You can find their details in the voucher small print, and they should be able to help you directly at the venue or store.
Once you've completed your booking you can view your tickets in the Priority app. You might also get a confirmation email, so keep an eye out and make sure to check your junk folder. If you're having any issues finding your tickets, contact the ticket provider to get any updates.
Buying Priority tickets couldn't be easier. Just log in to the Priority app or check the Priority website for the latest ticket presales and releases. Select the tickets you're interested in and you'll be taken to the ticket provider website to complete your order.
