I have problems using the WiFi network on my O2 WiFi hub 1
If you have problems using your hub's WiFi network, there may be several causes of the problem.
- Click Advanced settings.
- Click Wireless.
- Click Security.
- Click the field next to ’WiFi password (security key)’ below the required WiFi network and key in the required password.If connected devices are to continue switching automatically between using both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connections, key in the same SSID name and password for both WiFi networks.
- Click Apply changes.
- Click the menu field.If you change the WiFi network password, you need to remove the WiFi network in Windows as Windows will try to connect to the WiFi network using the old password.
- Click arrow right next to the WiFi icon.
- Click More Wi-Fi settings.
- Click Manage known networks.
- Click Forget next to the required WiFi network.Please note that the internet connection is ended and you need to establish a wireless internet connection again with the new settings.
- Click Admin.
- Click Reload and Reboot.
- Click Restore default.
- Click Restore defaults and wait while your hub restores the factory settings.You can also restore the factory settings by inserting a sharp-pointed object (such as a paper clip) into the ‘RESET’ hole and holding it for at least 10 seconds.
- Press the power switch to turn off your hub.
- Disconnect the power supply from the power supply port. Wait for at least 10 seconds.
- Connect the power supply to the power supply port.
- Press the power switch to turn on your hub. It may take 5-10 minutes for your hub to start up and re-establish the internet connection.When the front info LED turns solid white, your hub is ready for use.
