Guide to the O2 WiFi hub 1 LEDs

The hub LEDs show different settings and events.

1. The info LED

When the info LED is turned off, your hub is turned off.

When the info LED is turned off, your hub is turned off.
When the info LED flashes white right after your hub has been turned on, your hub is starting up.
When the info LED turns solid white, your hub is connected to the internet and is ready for use.
When the info LED flashes white after being connected, your hub has lost its internet connection.
When the info LED flashes blue, your hub is waiting to be assigned an IP address from the network.
If the info LED does not stop flashing blue after approx. 5 minutes, you should contact customer services by calling 0345 454 1111.
When the info LED flashes green, the hub firmware is being updated.
When the info LED flashes red, your hub has no connection to the internet.
