How to start using your O2 WiFi hub 1

Before you start using your hub, follow these initial steps.

1. Turn on your hub

Turn the back of your hub towards you.

Turn the back of your hub towards you.
Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a wall socket.
Press On/Off to turn on your hub.
When the info LED turns solid white, an internet connection has been established and your hub is ready for use.
Please note that it may take a few minutes before your hub is fully synchronised and activated.
Do the following on your computer: Click the network icon.
Click Other Networks.
Click the name of your WiFi hotspot.
You can see the login information for the WiFi hotspot at the bottom of your hub.
Key in the password for your WiFi hotspot and click Join.
Open an internet browser and go to 192.168.0.1
Click the field next to the required language.
Click Next.
Click the field next to ’Password’ and key in the administrator password.
You can see the login information for the hub web interface at the bottom of your hub.
Click Next.
Click the field next to ’Enter a New Password’ and key in the required password.
For security reasons, it's recommend that you change your hub's administrator password.
Click the field next to ’Re-enter the New Password’ and key in the required password again.
Click Next.
Click Continue.
Follow the instructions on the screen to change name and password for your hub's WiFi hotspot.
For security reasons, it's recommend that you change the WiFi hotspot password. You can also change password for your hub's WiFi hotspot at a later time.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
