I have problems turning on my O2 WiFi hub 1

If you can't turn on your hub, there may be several causes of the problem.

Remove the power cable from your hub and reconnect it making sure that it’s firmly plugged into the power supply port.

First, make sure the wall socket to which your hub is connected is switched on. Then press the power switch on your hub to turn it on.
