I have problems with the internet connection on my O2 WiFi extender being unstable

If the internet connection is unstable, there may be several possible causes of the problem.

Contact customer services for information on planned or unforeseen events, such as maintenance or outages, which may affect the quality of the internet line.

1. Optimise WiFi signal

Place your WiFi extender halfway between your hub and the area where you want to improve WiFi coverage. The WiFi extender should not be placed more than 6-9 metres from your hub, and with no more than one floor between the WiFi extender and your hub.

Please note that the technician has placed the WiFi extender in the most optimal location, and you should therefore not move it to a new location.
