How to optimise WiFi signal on your O2 WiFi extender

Your WiFi extender continuously tries to maintain an optimum wireless internet connection to your devices. If the wireless connection to your WiFi extender is still unstable, try optimising the WiFi signal.

1. Optimise WiFi signal

Place your WiFi extender halfway between your hub and the area where you want to improve WiFi coverage. The WiFi extender should not be placed more than 6-9 metres from your hub, and with no more than one floor between the WiFi extender and your hub.

Please note that the technician has placed the WiFi extender in the most optimal location, and you should therefore not move it to a new location.
