How to disconnect your non O2 number

How to disconnect your non-O2 number

If you’re switching to O2 from another network and you don’t want to keep your old phone number, you can do this in My O2.

To cancel the number you have with your old network, you’ll need to ask for a Service Termination Authorisation code (STAC).

Simply text ‘STAC’ to 75075 from the number you want to cancel – you should get it within 60 seconds. Alternatively, you can call your old network provider.

Once you give us your code in My O2, we’ll use it to work with your old network to cancel your number.
