On 4 January 2022, Blackberry are closing the service which supports Blackberry 10 devices like Blackberry Bold and Blackberry Curve, or earlier, as well as those running Blackberry 7.1 OS or earlier. This includes BBM, internet browsing, email, and access to Blackberry app world, and means that you won’t be able to use your Blackberry after this date. What you'll need to do
You’ll need to upgrade your Blackberry to a more recent smartphone if you want to keep your O2 connection. If you’ve already got another smartphone, you can transfer your sim to this smartphone at any time before 4 January 2022.
