O2 Refresh

Pay off your phone and upgrade anytime

With O2 Refresh we automatically lower your bill when you’ve paid off your phone. So you won’t pay for a phone you already own.

What is O2 Refresh?

At O2, we split your Pay Monthly bill into two parts. Your Device Plan is the cost of your phone or tablet. Your Airtime Plan is the cost of your data, minutes and texts.

Once you’ve paid off your device, we automatically lower your bill – unlike other networks.

You can recycle your device at any time. You can put the cash towards paying off your Device Plan – enabling you to upgrade early. Or, if you’ve got O2 Switch Up, you can swap to a new phone every 90 days, and we'll pay off your current contract.
