Access for all: mobile phones
Mobile phones and the internet are changing the way we communicate. Having the freedom to communicate through a mobile is an essential part of our daily lives, giving us greater independence, flexibility and security.
At O2, we want to make sure that everyone can enjoy this connected world. We understand that for older or disabled customers, finding the right mobile phone or understanding how to use it can be difficult. To give you more information and practical advice on our products and services, we have created this new section to make sure that you get the most from your mobile.
We've also created a customer advice leaflet to help people with disabilities choose a mobile phone and make the most of the O2 products and services.
You can download it here or order a printed copy by emailing cr@o2.com.
If you'd like a copy of the leaflet in Braille, large print or audio, just ask us by emailing cr@o2.com.
To help you choose a mobile phone, we also now highlight accessible phone recommendations in our monthly retail magazine. These can be found on the back page of our magazine in any O2 shop, or online.
We also support the Global Accessibility Reporting Initiative (GARI) which provides information about the accessibility features available on a wide range of mobile phones. We may not stock all the phones listed on the site, but if you know the features you need, we'll do our best to help you find a similar device.
