FAQs

The Worthing store is fully wheelchair-friendly, with step-free entry and a layout designed to give plenty of space inside. If you’d like extra support during your visit, a member of our team will be glad to help.

Our team can guide you through everything from login resets to updating personal details and checking your bill. We can also show you how to use the MyO2 app so you have all the tools you need to manage things easily at home.

Bring your device into O2 Worthing and we’ll take a look. For small checks or quick fixes, we may be able to help in store. If a more detailed repair is needed, we’ll arrange it securely and keep you informed until your phone is ready to collect.

If it’s time for a change, our Worthing team will sit down with you to explain your options and find the plan that best suits your needs. Once you’re happy, we’ll handle the switch right away so your new tariff is live before you leave.

For devices that are eSIM-ready, we’ll set up the profile for you in store, confirm that it’s activated and connected, and make sure you’re comfortable using it before you go.

The Montague Centre car park is a short walk from the O2 store, placing you right by Worthing’s main shopping area and making it the easiest option when you’re driving in.

We’ll share details on Virgin Media’s broadband and TV packages and help you explore the options. Once you’ve signed up, Virgin Media’s dedicated support team will take care of any service or billing queries.
