FAQs

If your device is having issues, we’ll take a look in store. Smaller fixes can sometimes be sorted straight away, while bigger problems will be booked through our official repair process. We’ll keep you updated at every step until your device is returned.

Thinking about changing your tariff? We’ll review your current usage, run through the plans that might suit you better, and switch you onto the new one there and then so it’s live before you leave.

The store has step-free access and a spacious layout, making it comfortable to move around. If you’d like a member of the team to offer extra support, we’ll be happy to help.

Our team can reset logins, walk you through bills and show you how to use MyO2. We’ll make sure you’re confident using the tools available to manage your account day to day.

The Orchards Shopping Centre car park is the closest option and only a short walk from the O2 store, making it ideal if you’re driving in.

If your phone is compatible, we’ll get your eSIM downloaded and activated in store. We’ll test the connection with you and explain how to manage the profile in the future.

Our team can explain Virgin Media’s broadband and TV packages in store. Once you’re set up, Virgin Media’s own team will provide ongoing service and billing support.
