FAQs

Ready for an upgrade? We’ve got you. Pop into O2 Workington and we’ll check if you’re eligible to upgrade, talk you through your options, and get you set up with a device that suits you. Our smart team can guide you through which devices have the best features for what matters most to you, like a great camera or long battery life. We can work out the best deal for you based on your usage and make sure you get exactly what you need.

Driving in? Our Workington shop is nestled in The Washington Square retail park, which has a dedicated multi-storey car park. It's steps away from the O2 shop and features 27 disabled spaces for easy access and plenty of space – you’ll be with us in no time.

Sorting out your bill? Changing your plan? Or just need some general account support? Our in-store team at O2 Workington is on hand to deliver an excellent face to face customer experience.

Want to check if your dream device or accessory is on the shelf? Use our handy Click & Collect feature here on our site to see what’s available at O2 Workington. Or give us a quick call and we’ll check for you on 01900 517343.

Lost or damaged SIM? No worries. Pop into O2 Carlisle with some ID, like your passport or driving licence, and we’ll get you a replacement sorted. Switching between Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go SIMs? Just let us know and we’ll make sure you’re set up the right way, as these SIM types are set up differently and can't be interchanged.

Chat to our team about Virgin Media packages while you’re in. We’ll help you check availability at your address and explain how to unlock even more value with Volt if you're with both Virgin Media and O2.
