FAQs

If you’re interested in broadband or TV services, O2 Truro can explain Virgin Media’s packages and bundles. Our team will check availability in your area, while Virgin Media handles ongoing service support once you’re signed up.

With compatible devices, we’ll set up an eSIM in store. The process involves downloading the profile, running a connection test and showing you how to manage it for the future.

Garras Wharf Car Park (long stay) is only a short 3-minute walk from the O2 store and the rest of Truro’s shopping area, making it the most convenient place to park.

We’ll help you reset logins, check bills or make account changes. The Truro team will also show you how to use MyO2 to keep an eye on allowances, bills and upgrades.

Bring your device in for an assessment - some fixes are possible in store, but bigger issues may need to go through our repair service. We’ll handle the booking and keep you informed of progress.

If you’d like to review your current plan, the Truro team can walk you through alternative tariffs and make the switch while you wait. Your new plan will be ready to use immediately.

The store is step-free and designed with space to move comfortably. If you’d like assistance, our team will be glad to help.
