FAQs

Wharfside car park is one of the closest options to our Penzance store, giving you quick access to the shop and nearby town centre amenities.

Our team can help reset your MyO2 login, check any billing concerns and update account details in store. We’ll also give you tips on using the MyO2 app for easier control when you’re at home.

Smaller fixes may be handled on site, but for more involved problems we’ll book your device into our repair service and let you know how long it’s likely to take.

We can go over Virgin Media’s broadband, TV and bundles with you in store and check what’s available at your postcode. Ongoing account and repair support is provided directly by Virgin Media.

Step-free access makes the store easy to enter, and the layout inside allows for comfortable movement. If you’d like extra help while shopping, just ask a member of our team.

Our Penzance team will set up your eSIM on supported phones, test the connection and show you how to manage the settings in case you switch profiles later.

If your current tariff isn’t working for you, we’ll run through the alternatives and switch you onto a new plan in store, with everything active straight away.
