FAQs

Our team in Torquay can help you activate an eSIM on a compatible phone. We’ll download the profile with you, run through the steps carefully, test the connection and show you how to manage settings afterwards, so you feel confident using it.

If you need a hand with MyO2, understanding your bill or updating your details, pop into the store. We’ll reset logins if needed, check your account on the spot and show you how to keep on top of things using the MyO2 app.

Phones with minor issues can often be checked in store. For larger faults, we’ll arrange for a professional repair, explain the expected timescales and keep you informed until your device is back in your hands.

If you’re thinking about moving to a new tariff, the Torquay team can talk you through your upgrade or switch options, explain any costs involved and get everything updated there and then.

Union Square car park is close by and provides easy access to the O2 store as well as the rest of Torquay town centre.

In store, you’ll find information about Virgin Media’s broadband, TV and bundle services. We’ll explain what’s available locally and help you get started, while Virgin Media handles any future service or repair questions.

Step-free access and a spacious layout make the Torquay store suitable for wheelchair users and families with prams. Our team is always ready to help if you’d like extra support.
