FAQs

Bring your phone into O2 Plymouth and we’ll assess what’s wrong. Some issues can be resolved in store, but if your device needs more detailed attention, we’ll organise a repair and keep you updated until it’s complete.

If you’re switching to eSIM, our Plymouth team will download and activate the profile for you. We’ll make sure the process goes smoothly and that your phone is fully connected before you head out.

The store team can explain Virgin Media packages and bundles and check what’s available in your area. If you’re already a Virgin Media customer and need technical help, you’ll be directed to Virgin Media’s own service team.

Drake Circus Shopping Centre car park is the closest option and offers easy access to the O2 store along with the centre’s shops and restaurants.

We’ll look at your current plan, explain your upgrade and tariff options, and get you switched in store. You’ll leave knowing your new plan is active and ready to use.

Account queries like logging into MyO2, checking bills or updating information can be handled in store. We’ll go through it step by step and show you useful features in the app for easier management later.

The store has step-free access and wide aisles, so moving around is straightforward. If you’d like a team member to support you during your visit, we’ll be happy to help.
