FAQs

Yes, we do. When you visit us at O2 Stirling, you can hop on our free in-shop Wi-Fi. It’s handy for browsing the latest phones, checking your upgrade options, or just passing the time while we help you out. Just ask a member of the team to get connected.

Yep - bring your old device into our Stirling shop and we’ll check what it’s worth with O2 Recycle. If it’s eligible, you could get cash or money off your next upgrade. It’s quick, easy and more environmentally-friendly, too.

Got your eye on something special? Call our Stirling shop on 01786 649969 or use the Click & Collect option on our website. If it’s in stock, we’ll reserve it for you and let you know when it’s ready to collect.

As part of Virgin Media O2, we can help you find the perfect broadband package for your home. Pop in and chat with the team - we’ll check what’s available at your address and walk you through the latest Volt bundles and broadband deals.

Yes, our shop is fully accessible. You’ll find step-free entry and space to move around inside, whether you’re using a wheelchair, mobility aid, or have little ones in tow. And if there’s anything else you need while you’re here, just let us know - our staff are fully trained and we’re always happy to help.

We’re really easy to get to - The Thistles Shopping Centre car park is the most convenient parking for visiting our Stirling store. Whether you’re upgrading, browsing, or just popping in for a chat, we’re right in the heart of town.
