At O2 Stafford, we’ll help you get started with O2 Recycle. Everything happens online - register your device, send it back, and you’ll receive payment quickly after it’s checked.

Our Stafford team can check for small fixes in store. If your phone needs more attention, we’ll send it away for repair and keep you updated during the process.

We’ll help set up your new phone, from SIM activation to transferring your photos and contacts. We’ll also walk you through key settings so you’re comfortable using it.

Click and Collect is an option at this store. Order online, pick Stafford, and bring your ID and order confirmation once you’re notified it’s ready.

You can pay your bill in store or get advice on using the MyO2 app, which makes managing your account simple and convenient.
