O2 Hanley customers can recycle their devices online through O2 Recycle. Our team will explain the process - once you’ve registered, just send your phone to us and you’ll get paid within a few working days.

We’ll do our best to handle small problems in store. For full repairs, your device will be sent to our repair centre. We’ll arrange everything and let you know when it’s ready to collect.

Bring your new device into store and we’ll get you set up. From activating your SIM to moving data across, we’ll make sure you’re ready to use your phone straight away.

Click and Collect is available here. Order online, choose O2 Hanley, and once you get your confirmation email you can pick it up with your ID.

Our team will show you how to pay your bill, either in store or through the MyO2 app. The app is the quickest way to manage your payments anytime.

Yes - we’ll explain the Virgin Media broadband and TV options available. For service queries, the Virgin Media support team is the place to go.
